Alix Levy was Cultural Arts Chair- man at Landon in 1975, President of the PTA at Landon and Vice President of PTSA at Wolfson in 1977, President of Wolfson PTSA at Wolfson in 1970. President of Wolfson PTSA and Honorary member of Landon and du- Pont's Board in 1 978, and served for 4 months this year as President of Wolfson's PTSA before her untimely death. She will be greatly missed by everyone here at Wolfson. 173

They started off the year by hosting an Open House in which the parents got to meet their child's teachers. They also helped Mr. White with the Functional Literacy Testing. During Homecoming week, they sponsored a Student Ap- preciation day by selling cokes and cookies in the halls between classes. lt was a big success and will become an annual event. The officers for this year were: Betty Blanton-President, Rev. E. Ronald Mudd-lst Vice, Sylvia Whitley-2nd Vice, Louis Mease-3rd Vice, Ruth Nachman-4th Vice, Joanne Ram- sey-Rec. SENATE SWEET CHERCIBS This year Senate has been working very hard. They had a hat and jacket sale in which they did quite well. Senate planned the activities that we had during Homecoming, such as hat day, red white and blue day, and jersey day, cowboy and indian day, and the door decorating contests.
