National Honor Society Membership in N.H.S. is based on the principles of character, leadership, scholarship, and service. They must prove themselves academically by excelling in their studies. To be con- sidered for membership, a student must attain an average of 3.4. Members were inducted in Fe- bruary at a candlelight service where David Harrell was the guest speaker. AJIT KAMATH WILLIAM MANDLER RAE ANN DEMORET MARJORIE MEYER COLLEEN OLDEN COLLEEN OLDEN Colleen has maintained an average of 3.729. Colleen's favorite subject is Analysis. She enjoys play- ing volleyball, swimming, and water polo. ln her spare time she enjoys sewing and arts and crafts as a hob- by. After Colleen graduates, she plans to become an attorney. AJIT KAMATH Ajit has maintained an average of 3.886. His favorite subjects are science and mathematics. ln his spare time he enjoys playing soccer and reading. His favorite sports are volleyball and soccer. He enjoys working with his hands in his workshop and a hobby. Ajit attended Wolfson in his sophomore and junior years and is now currently attending the University of Florida in the early admissions program where he would like to major in the science field. WILLIAM MANDLER Bill has maintained an average of 3.872. His favorite subject is drafting. Bill enjoys playing basket- ball and football. ln his spare time he enjoys sailing, playing cards, and watching television. He works on his car as a hobby. Bill has been accepted to Georgia Tech where he would like to major in engineering. RAE ANN DEMORET Rae Ann has maintained an average of 3.851. Her favorite subject is mathematics. Her favoriteasports are golf, skiing, ice skating, track, tennis, and watching football. In her spare time she plays the piano, jogs, and listens to music. Her hobbies are sewing, camping, and bike riding. After graduation, Rae Ann plans to become an engineer. MARJORIE MEYER Marjie has maintained an average of 3.811. Mar- jie spends most of her time in the band. Her main sports are bike riding and swimming. As a hobby she enjoys reading and going to the Joe Berg Science Seminar. Her favorite subject is Chemistry.
