As you complete your education in the schools of Woburn, it is my fondest desire that you move toward a career of your choosing with the firmness of mind to stay with your decision and to persevere to become the very best in whatever field of endeavor you enter. The formal years of your education are either now complete or just beginning to advanced studies ahead. In this light, we should advise you strongly that the skills of problem solving and decision making will always be a part of your ever ex¬ panding world. My very best to you and to your family as you enter the most technological age ever confronted by graduating students. God bless you all. Sincerely yours, Paul J. Andrews Superintendent of Schools Paul J. Andrews Superintendent of Schools 156 Robert McArdle Director of Special Education Ellen McCarthy Director of Chapter 1 157 Principal To The Members of the Class of 1987: As sophomores, you entered with a spirit of enthusiasm, determination and a keen sense of purpose. As you leave, nourish these qualities that have marked your successful high school years. Take with you not only that knowledge of the subjects taught but also an appreciation of what has been learned and a strong desire to seek knowledge beyond these few years of instruction. May all the educational experiences gained at Woburn High School serve you well in your future endeavors. Good luck and good health. James J. Foley, Principal Assistant Principal James J.
