Yearbook Message To Members of the Class of 1978: The preparation, editing, and presentation of this year¬ book of the Class of 1978 has been a monumental task completed with dedication by a superior staff of students and advisers. In one sense a yearbook is merely a pictorial record of the senior year in high school. In a more significant sense it is a permanent memorial of the associations, activities, and classmates who have given flesh to the spirit that is Woburn Senior High School. On the eve of Graduation in 1978, it is fitting that one pause to reflect on those associations of our high school days, since never again will the Class of ’78 meet as a whole. It is a time of deep sentiment. It is a time to be happy and a time to be sad in reviewing our educational gains during the past three years; happy that we had taken some of the benefits of our high school opportunities — sad that we had not taken more.
