More Students Are Receiving Art Instruction More students are receiving art instruction this year than in years past. The Art Department, under the inspired direction of Mr. Frank Newark and Mr. T. H. Johnson, provides stu¬ dents with the facilities to develop their own personal skills and introduces to them new and different phases in Art.
