Freshmen and Sophomores Sally and Frank Moon River Homecoming was a time for greeting old friends. Alumni returned to join us in cheering our team, and enjoyed the dance after the game. Planning and decorating floats gave spirit to the occasion. The home- coming floats seem to be better each year. They were an indication of the undying faith of Wittenberg's loyal students. The colorful pa- rade was the best in the opinion of many and proved to be a success. During the half time our band had the opportunity to perform the formations that they had practiced diligently. Presentation of the Court Sayonara For a few magic moments, the evening was transformed into an Oriental wonderland. The cherry tree, the enormous fan and tinkle charms all added to the mystic mood of the evening, The day of preparation, the anxious moments and the excitement came to a climax as Frank Bohlman and Janice Kosobucki were crowned King and Queen of the 1962 Junior Prom. The royal court consisted of Kay Kluck, Duane Bohlman, LaVonne Halverson, Berhnard Christionson, Pat Swatalla, Norbert Groshek, Margie Kostka, Mike Buss, Sandy VanderKoy, Den nis Hegewald, Anita Krumins, Jeff Haan- stad, Dan Swatalla, Diane Hanke, Kathy Hartleben and Greg Cowles.
