NEILSVILLE The Charger team traveled there for their opening game. Neilsville scored first which was all the Chargers needed to get their offense rolling and when the final quarter ran out the Chargers had beaten the 1975 state champions 14-12. TOMAHAWK The Charger team saw its first home game come to a hault after one quarter of play as the power went out. In part two of the game the mighty Chargers were sparked into attack after Toma- hawk scored first. The Chargers then roared back as the Hatchets could do nothing to stop them; final 14-6. BONDUEL The Charger team traveled to Bonduel to show the Bears how to play football. When they returned to the field they gave the Bears a show as they scored 28 points behind Steve Alwes' 207 yards. We won 35-13. MARION The Chargers were down 7-0 after the first series of plays. That didn’t stop the Chargers as the next three times they got the ball they scored. When the final quarter ended, the Chargers had won their fourth game in a row with a 35-7 victory. MANAWA The Chargers scored on the first play as Alwes went 72 yards for touchdown. The game was filled with a lot of excitement and tension winning 19- 17. SHIOCTON The Charger team traveled to Shicton to end up their homecoming celebrations. The Chargers had an easy victory with Alwes getting 199 yards in 6 carries. We won 46-8. WEYAWEGA The Chargers traveled there for a must win game. The Indians dominated most of the game, as they stopped the Chargers winning streak; we lost 0- 12. WAUTOMA The Chargers hosted their annual homecoming game. They won 25-7. jig-:-»?• rtf •: ’ .
