The band out for an afternoon stroll. Talent on Parade Even though our team was unsuccessful at win- ning our homecoming game, spectators did enjoy a few minutes of parade entertainment. Highlighting the parade were the efforts of the FFA, Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors which were reflected in their colorful and decorative floats. Class representatives accented their floats by preceding them. The band added spice to the parade by performing intricate maneuvers in the city square. All these features combined to make our parade one that we shall easily forget. Datsun proves it has a rugged suspension. Junior ingenuity? You get fewer nicks with THIS single edged razor! 17

Cheerleading combines athletic ability with the grace and poise of modern dance. These girls work many long hours perfecting rou- tines that would best enable them to Rock On. ” Besides that, they spend their time building pyra- mids, chicken-fighting, and playing choo-cnoo (locomotive). Beneath all their hard work, you can tell these girls like to play games. And that’s that! I wish CHARGERS was easier to spell. 19
