The band out for an afternoon stroll. Talent on Parade Even though our team was unsuccessful at win- ning our homecoming game, spectators did enjoy a few minutes of parade entertainment. Highlighting the parade were the efforts of the FFA, Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors which were reflected in their colorful and decorative floats. Class representatives accented their floats by preceding them. The band added spice to the parade by performing intricate maneuvers in the city square. All these features combined to make our parade one that we shall easily forget. Datsun proves it has a rugged suspension. Junior ingenuity? You get fewer nicks with THIS single edged razor! 17

Help! My lip's caught! Go! Go! HUSTLE! HUSTLE!!! I am the girl of the Ziegfield Follies. Our guest speaker for today's pep rally is Alfred P. Dead. What do you mean the Seniors lost again? Who Took the Pep out of Pep Assemblies? Confucius say: Want to keep kids quiet? - Send to pep assembly. At W-B this fact was proven time and again. Usually the only thing that moti- vated the crowd was the thought of winning competition. That's when the big mouths really showed through. Many times the cheerleaders stir- red up minimum spirit with maximum effort. They even went to such extremes as to threaten to cancel all pep assemblies from now on. But have no fear, this will never happen! Teachers are more than willing to get rid of their animals on Friday afternoons. 16

Ahh! I blew a shoe! 3:15, and the Race is on! Clockwatchers anxiously watch the hands of the clock, waiting for that magic moment. It is then the upstairs stu- dents turn into a herd of buffalo stampeding down the stairs, while the lower floor transforms into a herd of horses racing to get the back seat of the bus or to be the first car out of the parking lot, heading the buses off at the You're right Marla, physics is a joke, pass. As the buses roar into the sunset we bid farewell to the teachers who are members of the 3:16 club. Our indoor track. Help! I can't get up! What happens after school? 18
