8N0w everybody smile for the camera!H Homecoming ttWithrow Tigers in the sky keeping Withrowts spirits high, was the theme of the 1987-88 Homecoming. Everyone was so ex- cited to get out of their sixth bell for the pep-rally. During the Pep Rally the football team was intro- duced and the king and queen were announced. King, Jamill Hill and QUCCH, Pam Garces. The crowd roared and screamed t0 the sounds of the cheerleaders ttBeat those Redskins, Tigers dontt let them winPa At 6 otclock the par- ticipants in the parade met at Peo- ples Junior High for the march to Withrow, the cheerleaders led. After the parade, the game against the Redskins began at sev- en otclock. The Tigers were victo- rious. After the football game ev- eryone went to Kings Hall for the dance where they had fun until one otclock. The dance was successful and no one wanted to leave. ttWhy not Meiw Jammint ,til one!

Four years gone by and nothing to do . . t except GRA- DUATE! On June 4, 1987 mile-wide smiles and eyes filled the stadium. Guest speakers gave inspiration and Dr. Brown expressed his pride. Valedictorian Venetta Johnson, Saluda- torian Tim Sippel, and Senior Class President Sylvia Trice all spoke for their fellow graduates. Once the proceedings were over, all the graduates had said their final farewells to Withrow. Good luck, Class of 87. l t, . tam 1n- J' Jill v Senior Class President Sylvia Trice makes her way to the podium to receive her diploma, Dr. Brown, looking as serious as ever, proudly introduces the speakers. llHey girls!
