The painting on the left is of the faculty adviser for Dux Femina and the Hlt's Academic team, Mrs. Virginia Konrad. Next to her portrait is that of Mr. Darwin Kimble, who considered piecing students' schedules together to be as interesting 05 ceramics. To the right can be found the counselor who delighted in talking to different people, especially students, to learn their ideas. This man's name is, of course, Mr. Robert Vickers. Situated next to the conversationoiist is Mr. MR. ROBERT C. VICKERS MR. DARWIN KIMBLE Robert Blake, who served as the faculty adviser for the honored boys of Sigma Gamma. The first point- ing on the next wail depicts Miss Elizabeth Lemmon working diligently to guide the junior high students to 0 profitable life at Withrow. Beside Miss Lem- mon is Miss Lulu 8. Murphy. Besides counseling, Miss Murphy took charge of the diet kitchen in 0 boys' summer camp, These six pictures are a sample of the quality masterpieces that can be found in the Tigertown art gallery. THE CHIEF EXECUTIVES CABINET MEMBERS AID IN GOVERNING THE COMMUNITY. MR. RONALD LYONS An assistant principal come into contact with many students. He learned their likes, dislikes, weaknesses, and abilities; 0nd at the same time he watched them mature from youngsters to young adults. Seeing these gradual changes become the motivating force behind the work of Withrow's assistant principals. Mr. Ronald Lyons adopted the National Junior Honor Society as his pet project and skillfully formulated plans to improve it The three years he spent as a pilot for the Air Force helped him cultivate leader ship ability, which was necessary for performing his duties as an administrator. Improving school spirit was one of Mr. Wiilicim McEIhaney's dominant aims us he encouraged each person to promote every school activity, not just the games, or just the dances, Be- sides supporting these school functions, Mr. Mac perfected his own favorite sportegolf. When in a iess active mood, reading historical novels about the French Revolution interested him. Miss Violet Boiostro displayed Special interest in the senior class, as she helped with the planning of the class project Ordering rings for the eager juniors also occupied her time. After assisting students all day at school, Miss Bolostro relaxed by gardening, conning, painting, or fishing in her own Ioke. No matter what duties were assigned to them, the three assistant principals welw comed the chance to help more students.
