Mr. Colin Yacks Mr. Colin Yacks was constantly on the go as Director of Student Activities around Tigertown. Early each morning he was in his office taking care of attendance. Working toward a better and safer school, he concentrated on the Monitor System, a project of Student Council, of which he was adviser. Helping solve the problems of boys' social clubs demanded still more of his energy. The management of any community is a complicated and highly important responsibility. lt takes the patience, depend- ability, and well-rounded abilities of people with a sincere concern in the town's interests to keep it running smoothly. These traits and many more were charac- teristic of Tigertown's devoted secretaries. Their numerous duties ranged from planning schedules to checking attendance and keeping student grade records. Tigertown could feel secure in these efficient hands. M . C l Frooks, Mrs. Loretta Huppertz, Miss Gladys Evans, Mrs. Martha Allen, Miss rs aro Isabelle Longland, Mrs, Ann Staggenborg, Mrs. Sandy Ash, Miss Mary Scott.
