AS THE NEW PRINCIPAL MR JOSEPH AYER SERVED AS CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR OF TIGERTOWN. PRINCIPAL With the initial installment of the new administrative powers, Tigertown began its official new year. With the responsibility and the reputation of Withrow resting on his shoulders, Mr. Joseph C. Ayer, the head executive of our community, accepted his position with confidence. Our civic leaders felt that future security was assured with Mr. Ayer guiding our movements. This belief was substantiated by his past achievements. Through personal contact, the citizens of Tiger- town come to respect and trust the judgments and decisions of Mr. Ayer. The honest, sincere manner in which he addressed both student and teacher earned for him the lasting friendship of all those with whom he came in contact. We were happy with such leadership!
