Miss Jane Cramer, secretary to the vice president, fills an important position in the per- sonnel organization. Effici- ency, incentives, and reduc- tion of absenteeism are among her duties. Her motto: Smile and the world smiles- Madeline Berling, herself a product of Rewot 8m Egdirb, is a fitting addition to our branch office staff. Among her many duties are writing the daily bulletin, discussing problems with employees and clientele and being cheerful.
