Dsgny Bergstrom Education Director Tom Hsrblson Acadomic Supervisor Gary Blaokmar Vocational Coordinator Alex Slappey MHHI Supervisor Wo wish for each of you a rich and successful life. Always be the best person you can be and have confidence in your skills, knowledge and abilities. Don't be afraid to try! We learn from all experiences • good and bad. Our world is rapidly changing and we must dare to kocp up. Congratulations on accomplishing your first step into the future. Congratulations! I bet you are looking forward to Commencement Day and you are happy that the school year is over. But it is not actually over. It is the beginning of a long journey through life. You nre really going to start a new life. Everyday you will learn something new. Some of you will go to college. Some will go to a technical vocntional school. Some will go and find a job. I ask you all to remember and use whnt all of the WSD stafT members have taught to help you lead a good life. Best wishes and good luck! With June 6th rapidly approaching your time at WSD is coming to a close. All of the teachers and stafT who have had the opportunity to tench and work with you over the past few years will miss you. We hope we have had some influence in developing the attitudes and skills that will benefit you the rest of your life. Life is full of learning opportunities so take this knowledge and apply it to a happy and fulfilling future. Once again Spring is here. It is now o time you have long awaited. The time when, at last, you nre free to stand on your own feet. Through all the years you have had many experiences. You have acquired valuable information. It is now time to apply those many lessons you have learned in your years of childhood and adolescence. In the end, it is not only how much you have learned and how well you have learned, but it is also how well you apply those lessons you have learned. It does not help to know what to do and how to do it if you do not do it. A hammer that is not used will not help you drive nails. If you correctly npply the lessons you learn you will be successful in life. Best Wishes to the Class of 1987 -5-
