Before wc leave, wc would like to express our appreciation to those who have helped us reach this special graduation day. To all staff members, we want to thank you for working so hard, giving us your affection and advice. Your encouragement and patience really taught us to strive for success and helped us become useful citizens. We are beginning to realize the time has arrived and the doors of the future are open and wailing for us to enter. Wc will go on separate paths. Some of us will go directly to work and some of us will continue our education. As the door opens for us to go into the world, we will have some frustrations, but with the encouragement and thoughtful training we learned at W.S.D., wc will succeed Wc will leave our “second home” soon with mixed feelings. We will always remember our marvelous memories at school. On behalf of the Class of 1977, we wish to thank ail of you for your deep devotion to us through the year We bid you farewell and may God be with you always. Salutatorian Good Morning Superintendent Shipman, Ms. Gant, Mr. Milesky, Mr. Pickell. Mr. Blackmcr, all staff, parents, relatives, and friends: Wc would like to welcome you to our commencement exercise this morning. We will never forget what a wonderful time we had with our friends at W.S.D. When wc leave here, we will have to find other new friends, but we will still keep our old friends. Wc will really miss all of you very much. We wish to thank all of you for helping us to achieve in many different ways. On behalf of the Class or 1977 again -- Welcome! Can the pond's ripple. Speak to the tree? Want to share your world, Please share mine with me. Sometimes I’m lonely Want to reach out to you. But silence between us Is hard to break through. So when smile at you. Hold our my hand. Please know that your handshake Means you understand. Friend may I ask you tell me if you can. The sound of a snowflake. The smile of a man. Moonlight on the ocean, Can it play a tune? Does sunshine make music In meadows in June 7 Sometimes I bonder, if you could care . . . Join my world of silence Make words in the air. A hand can paint pictures Of clouds in the sky . . . And sunshine and rainbows And breeze passing by. HAL-LE-LU-IA ... I see that you care. Deafness can't stop us God wants us to share. Just lend a hand, and sing in sign, Want to share your world Hope you'll share mine . . . Lend a hand . . . Give me a sign. HAL-LE-LU-IA, Everything ’s fine. I am sharing Your world . . .
