We anticipate increases in both students and teachers in the next year. New local projects as well as normal growth have accounted for our increased population. As Superior California area increases in numbers and responsibilities the area of Winters must assume its share of such responsibility. Our youth must receive the education required to assume positions of leadership and success as citizens of the area. This education will therefore strengthen our city, our state, and also our country The graduating class of 1955 has played an important roll in adopting its training and experience to a larger school and community. Your accomplishments have been many and your adjustments numerous. We wish you every success in the future. National prosperity, happiness, and peace must result from a strong and well balanced country. Education and youth training must assist in the accomplishment Byron R . Thanks to the splendid coaching of Jack Mermod and his assistant, Art Chaboya, the Warriors scored 241 points to their opposition's 51 points. The main highlight of the season was the game in which the Warriors walked off the Dixon field carrying the Coaches, who were responsible for helping them scalp Dixon for the first time in a period of ten years.
