MRS. RUTH CONNER MRS. DOROTHY DILLARD MRS. DORIS SCARBROUGH Languages and Library Mrs. Ruth Connor, shown here with a painting done for her by one of her students, teaches Spanish I. and II. As a Devil retraces his footsteps, he will probably remember working with Mrs. Connor on many school projects. From Mrs. Dorothy Dillard's Latin classes, students are heard reciting, Gallia est omnia divisa in partes tres. Art Latin, the basis of many modern languages, furthers the stu- dent's understanding of English. Mrs. Doris Scarbrough, shown checking out a book to a student, is performing one of her many duties as librarian. She is also responsible for the scheduling of the many films shown in the activity room. Among the various courses offered in the well-rounded curriculum of our school, is art, which gives the student an opportunity for self-expression and for improvement of talent. Mrs. Gladys Harritt, our art teacher, works closely with her students, realizing that each has a different talent.
