T T X, lunior Class Officers The mighty foundation of the Rams will be left in the hands of the junior Class, the future seniors of the next school year, to build on what has been strengthened by previous senior classes. l The Ram family is like one body, but without the nucleus of a strong leadership by the upcoming seniors, the body can weaken and fall. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the junior class to pledge their hearts, minds, and souls to carry on the standards, achievements, and goals that have been willed to them by the graduating class of 1973. So, juniors, strive to do your best and only X the best will be your outcome. l 4 V . 1 IJ .., .. 1-f A 1 - A as WN ,- l , Yyf ,.f--4' A I , , ' I , , . i WB. l A i CVNRN lllfJMl'Nf VX. 'bi' Homecoming Activities The day many of us had looked forward to, the occasion most talked about, Homecoming. Finally it arrived. The T972 event was the biggest, happiest and, as usual, the most wonderful occasion of the school year. The entire rampus vvas agog in excitement amid the rush of incoming friends, preparations for the parade, and the giant wel- come to alumni For sentiinig-ntal reasons Homecoming is, vvithout a doubt, the most exciting occasion in the entire school year. To the present college family it mr-ans an opportunity for festivities, Celebration, and true expression of the Ram spirit. For the graduates and friends of the University it means reunion, recapitulation of time spent within these academic' portals, and an occasion to observe people of similar yor ations and professions as they assemble to commemorate and enjoy l-lOMECOMING . 'x 2 Jill ,Q 1 The Senior Class found four years at Winston-Salem State Univ. intellectually stimulat- ing, rewarding, but at times a little trying, Although the year marked completion of undergraduate studies for them, it was just the beginning for new loyalties for the Alma Mater, for once a Ram, always a Ram. With mixed emotions the class faced graduation remembering half forgotten incidents of fun and laughter, cramming for exams, treasured friendships, cheering at games, many and endless lines, and those experiences which are a part of college life and growing into adulthood. We, the Senior Class, have accomplished many of the goals we set for ourselves as freshmen, We are no longer as unwise, only wiser.
