December proved to be an especially busy time for faculty members who prepared finals, attended a tea honoring Dr. and Mrs. Fitzwater and staged a pot luck buffet in addition to Christmas shopping and making personal preparations for the holidays. Teachers bid farewell to two colleagues, Mrs Martha Nikel and Mrs. Sally Leggitt who moved from the San Antonio area. Taking a break during finals, teachers enjoy the pot luck lunch in the homemaking kitchen.
