The Class of ’51 entered Junior High in 1945. We worked hard and won second place in the Rumpus Parade for our floats in both the 7th and 8th grades. On May 23, 1947, we graduated from Junior High. We entered High School in September, 1947. We built the W’s for the football rallies and helped in the Bulldog Rumpus. Again we won second place for our float ‘Winter Wonderland’. We put on the annual Freshman Assembly and helped the Juniors with the Junior-Freshman Dance. As Sophomores we gave our Sophomore Assembly and with the Seniors put on the Senior-Sophomore Dance. This year our ‘Circus’ float won first place in the Rumpus Parade. This year as Juniors we put on the Junior Assembly and with the aid of the Freshmen, the Junior-Freshman Dance. Our theme, “Harvest Moon,” turned out very pretty. Our Junior Play, “Just Ducky,” was a huge success. The Junior Prom was presented in April, which was a big success. Page Twen ty-four
