Since 1897, the year Winnsboro High School first received official rating, hundreds of graduates have passed through these halls of learning. The oldest living graduate is Dr. L. F. Robinson, who, in 1901 with eight of his classmates, received his diploma. In 1906, Dr. Robinson graduated from Tulane University and began his c areer as a general prac- titioner of medicine. For approximately forty-six years, Doc has served his community in the role of family physician. Ever faithful to his high school Alma Mater, Doc has been throughout a familiar figure at our athletic events, for wherever the team has been, there also has been Doc. So, in recognition of his loyalty to Winnsboro High School, we, the staff, dedicate the 1954 HI- LIFE to Dr. L. F. Robinson.
