o Con-clue-sion The previous sections have clued us in on the WSHS winning tradition. This concluding section reveals the answer. Throughout, winners of every kind are featured. Whether it was in academics or athletics, each showed outstanding excellence in all aspects, But the win- ning tradition does not stop here. Each of these students will always have spe- cial memories of the contributions he or she made while at WSHS. Mr. WSHS Jay I-luckaby Jay Huckaby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald I-luckaby, distinguished himself as a leader and a scholar. He was an active member in Speech, FFA, FTA, Beta, Anchor, FCA, Student Council, and Salt Rock, and served as FFA and FTA President. He was a member of the FFA Parliamentary Law Team, which placed first in state competition for 3 years and placed 5th in national competition. Throughout his high school years, Jay maintained a 4.0 grade average and represented WSHS at the District Literary Rally in Ag. IV and Trigonometry. Jay was also active in the athletic program at WSI-IS. For his hard work and excellent perfor- mance in football, Jay was awarded a football scholarship at Brigham Young University in Utah, where he plans to major in Computer Science. 116 Mr. WSI-lS
