FHA The meeting ot the Winneconne Chapter of FHA was called to order by the president, Peggy Wentzel. Under the leadership ot the officers and our advisor, Mrs. McEnroe, we decided to try to do one special thing each month in addition to the meetings held during activity period. A summer project fair was planned tor September and the Home- coming float for October. While installation ot new members would be held in November. ln December a parents' banquet for both FHA and FFA was to be held. January, February and March were designated as the months to emphasize degree work. Each girl is going to try to get a Jun- ior Homemaker degree. A mother's tea is planned for April or May. FTA The FTA officers elected this year are: President, Judy Grunwald, Vice-President, Marlyn Wiesner, Secretary, Margaret Korn, Treasurer, Lois Pride, and l-listorian, Joanne Gauerke. The main work of the FTA again this year is the helping ot teachers during study halls. Almost every member has some assignment in either the grade school or the high school.
