HOMGCOMING After o full week of showing their spirit, there wos no woy these students wouldn't show up for The Game. W.H.S. faculty, alumnus, and students covered all sides of the field. It was a tough game and even though we lost, it wos the best game of the season to watch. The following night was the annual Homecoming Masquerade Dance. If you went it was very difficult to recognize anyone because they were all dressed in imaginative costumes. The Homecoming Queen and her court were announced as follows: Lisa Skoglund, Laurie Durkee, Jamie Lonergan, Lisa Flanders, and Wen- dy Fournier. And so, Homecoming 1984 had ended. 22 Homecoming

And although there is o serious competitive spirit between the two teams the gome still resembles nothing more than powder puff football. This year the gome was organized by Cindi Surr- ner and chaperoned by Mrs. Potenoude and Mr. Piepgross. When it finally got under way, Kim Holl- ingworrh scored first for the Seniors, blasting into the end zone for a 6-0 lead.
