 OPEN ARMS Junior Prom 83 It was a memorable night for everyone, a night that most of us had waited for and looked forward to for many months. It was our Junior Prom, a night not soon to be forgotten. With the special theme of Open Arms, the prom was held at the Ashworth by the Sea. The night was full of energy and delight as everyone danced to the music of Cruzin. Towards the end of the night, tensions were mounting as the ballots for the queen and her court were being counted. After the ballots had been counted Mr. Gagne announced the Queen, Sara Price and her court, Brenda Downey, Lynn Grandmasion, Amy Adams, Mary Cutshall, Michelle Blaisdell, and Trudy Gagne. This was a perfect way to end the evening. Our dreams had been realized, and we had recorded this very memorable moment. The tuxes and gowns were put away, but the memories linger on.

Right: Weekends began exactly at 2:15 on Fridays. The sound of the bell released us from the Academic life and ushered in the start of our celebration. Gathering their books and coats, Trudy Gagne, Nick Thayer and Kathy McRae are anxious to leave. Below: The Junior Class consession stand came to life on most Saturdays. Spending her Saturday working for the Junior class, Mikelanne Marino waits on a customer.
