With overcast skys, it tried hard to rain all day. The events of the day started out with the parade of the floats of each of the classes, and the King and Queen Candidates of each class. After the pa- rade, the game was on. The Red Raiders were to meet up with the Moore Bulldogs. The game with the Bulldogs was a close and exciting game. At the end of the regular playing period, the game was tied up 12 to 12. They then had a Montana play-off. Moore had the ball first, and they made a touchdown, making it 18 to 12. Then Winifred had their turn. They made a touch- down, making it 18 up. Then with seconds left in the game, they made the extra points, winning the game 20 to 18. Halftime was filled with the excitement of the coronation of the Queen, Marilyn Van Haur, and King, David Bergum. (Right Photo).
