Student Council Brings Talent To Wingfield Highlighted by a visit from Miss Mississippi, ,loan Myers, and emceed by Woddie Assaf, the first Student Council Talent Show was a sparkling success. The audience enthusiastically received the per- formances by the Herb Lamb Trio, Dianne Hood, Patty Magee, and Norma Goodsen. Other talents displayed included Cathy Rein, Laura Boyette, Jerry McBride and Robin King, and the Misfits. Assemblies Add Variety To Student Life Playing a large part in student life at Wingfield, as- semblies were carefully planned in order to appeal to all segments of the student body. The programs varied from the Character Emphasis Weekn speakers to the film, Mr. Roberts. Many athletic awards and letters were presented in addition to the trophies gained in this our second year of effort. A unique highlight of homecoming was having the Mr' Quaker Oats Spoke out for Amencanism' girls of Wingfield's first Homecoming court presented during homeroom.
