MISS WINFIELD HIGH' Jean Meadoil Jean Meadows was chosen from the senior class by the student body to represent Winfield High School at the annual Putnam County Homecoming on September 1 , 1952 She is shown at the left with Governor of West Virv ginia, Okey L Patteson Winfield High School was repro sented at nKnow Your State Government Dayn in Charleston on February 9 1953 by Iris Mack and Delano Pennington, shown at the right, members of the junior class This annual event is sponsored by the WVEA to acquaint young people with school practices and activities which promote good citizenship in school. 'THEIR MAJESTIES' Jim Fewell and Barbara Reed reigned as king and queen at the ju ior class Valentine Dance on Feb ruary 13, 1953.
