Windsor locks high school Windsor locks , conn. As our journey ends, we realize flow muck he has lightened our load . His patience, understanding, aruf advice are looked upon with appreciation. In our senior year, his absence was felt, but he was ever present in our hearts. Because he is our adviser and our friend, we, the Class of 1989, proiuhy dedicate our yearbook to Mr, George Anastasia Dedication 2 We’ve aCC been catered to by our servants, advised by our Cords, and protected by our knights. T 4 We ' ve all been bring within our stone castles, protected by the watts, th e moat, and our individual monster which lurks in the murky water ♦ 5 We ' ve dved among the riefies of our ancestors, but now it ' s time to find our own treasures, 6 - r We ' ve 6een engaged in a four-year battle to find our own identities . I Now comes our true test of courage where Cong-forgotten hoys wift 6 e come knights, where Uttie-known giris wifi become maidens ♦ Siowly he Cowers the drawbridge and we are amazed by the worid which begins to unfoCd around us . 11 12 Compliments of W. Regardless of which castle the soldiers have come from, they’ve all been fighting to reach a common goal Each fighter has been pushing forward to attack and conquer new unchartered areas of his individual aspirations. They are no longer members of the same crusade, tfieir causes and their goals in battle have been altered. The soldiers must learn to lead their own charges, keeping in mind tfie strategies and the advice which they have acq uired. Once the drawbridge has closed behind tfiem, these soldiers can use their experiences to advise, counsel, and protect the troops of tomorrow. As, we, the Class of 1 989, leave the security of high school for the adventures in tfte outside world, we realize our fives have changed. Regardless of the interests we ' ve pursued and the clas ses we’ve taken, we’ve all been working towards graduation. Each student has been striving to learn and to understand new topics in his unique interest in life. We, tfie graduating Class of 1989, are no longer contained by the walls of our high school, even our goals have been revised. We must learn to lead our own fives, by applying the skills that our teacfiers and our counselors ftave taught us. Once the doors close behind us, we must use our knowledge to better the lives of the future generations.
