Sponsor T YVAS suggested early in the school year that the members of the Senior class in Education continue the Work of the Teacher Train- ing Club, organized two years previously. This suggestion met with the approval of all the members of the class and plans were at once made for the initiation of the new members of the Education Depart- ment. A meeting of the prospective members of the club was held and the necessary othcers elected to assure its proper functioning. An initiation party was held later and the candidates admitted to full membership. This club has for its purpose the increase of interest in the work of the Education Department and the production of better teachers. Though small, it has lived up to its ideals, its success being due, in a great measure, to the untiring efforts of its sponsor, Miss McCown. CARL COBIER. '- l'15l 5
