A Devoted Person Peggy Bullerman We, the Pow Wow Staff of 1983, dedicate our yearbook to Peggy Bul- lerman. Peggy began her work as a unit secretary at Windsor High School in 1961. She continued what seemed to be never ending work until 1982 when she retired, her 21 years of dedicated service brought everyone to rely upon her ever-constant presence and dili- gence. She had a magical insight that could turn seemingly hopeless situa- tions into clearcut answers. Her in- vincible sense of humor brought a lot of laughter into the lives of those around her. We dedicated our yearbook to you, Peggy, because you dedicated so much to us. Mrs Harold Bullerman Unit Secretary Behind the scenes, but ready and willing to help anyone, is our secretary. Welcome to the 1983 Pow-Wow! As we reflect back on life, one of the things that will always stick in our minds is the four years we have spent in high school. For this reason, we decid- ed to use as our theme “Four Years Forever. We always hear our parents say that some of the best moments of their lives took place while they were in high school. A person grows so much during the four years he spends at high school — not just physically but mentally and socially as well. It is a period of time which we will remember forever. If you notice on the title page, the letters “our” in the word “four are underlined. This is done to sig- nify that it is Our four years that we spend togeth- er. that we will treasure forever.
