Administrators Mr. DeLaCruz: Principal DATA: Mr. DeLaCruz attended the University of Alabama for two years. He received hi» M.S. from EIU and will be getting his Doctorate in Education Administration from the U of I. He had previous jobs at Gilman as the head coach of football for two years, and taught PE and science there. At Rantoul he taught chemistry for five years; he was also the assistant football coach. He has been teaching for eight years, and this year will make his ninth year. He is married to Elizabeth DeLaCruz, and they have a dog. His hobbies are painting, chess, football, collecting stamps, scuba diving, pinball, and Pac man. His future plans are to stay at Windsor and do a good job. He has enjoyed his first year here because the students and teachers are great. Mr. Seng: Superintendent DATA: Mr. Seng has taught at Windsor for 31 years. He graduated from the I' of I, with a B.S. in microbiology and an M.S. in the teaching of biology. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club and of the First United Methodist Church of Windsor. He serves as the US Weather Bureau Observer for Windsor. He is married to Lois Seng, and they have three sons and two grandchildren. His hobbies are raising and showing dogs, especially great Danes, bird watching, golfing and raising roses. His future plans are to do more of what he is already doing. 29
