Ifertndatj OneicAfeki The 1974 Windsor Homecoming Dance, although it was postponed once due to inclement weather, was finally held January 5, 1974. The gym was decorated around the theme of Yesterday Once More” with old records adorning the stage curtain and pastel shades of pink, yellow, green and blue forming the ceil- ing under which we danced. The rock band, whose name was Sunday , played a selection of old songs and brought back memories to many of the faculty. The crowning of the new queen, Karen Caspary, was one of the highlights of the evening. We most certainly will have fond memories when we think of yes- terday once more!'' 48 Roll Over Beethoven Curve The Peppermint Twist R i g h t Top of the World on! Wittenberg. fJjf 1Q7 5 America's most famous family of hillbillies - perhaps even the First Family of hillbillies - was brought to life by the Junior Class of 1975. This delightful and often uproariously funny comedy was one of the best plays presented on the stage of W.H.S. Starting with Jed Clampett's family in their humble cabin, the play progresses until the hillbillies are millionaires living in a 22-room mansion in sophisticated Beverly Hills. The dampen family becomes the menace of their suave neighbor, Mr. Drysdale, who also hap- pens to be the president of the bank in which the Clampett's funds are deposited. The play tells of the many incidents the dampens get themselves involved in. Among these are blackmailing, Mrs. Drys- dale's attempts to get rid of the dampens, and Jethro's infatuation with girls! As life passes on in the dampen household, all of the problems are resolved with Granny and the rest of the family deciding they like Beverly Hills. STAGE CREW: SITTING: C. Bridges, D. Hyland, T. Lorelei, a dazzl- ing blonde, and Dorothy, her sensible brunette friend, are wild with excitement. To complete their education, they're going to spend the summer in Europe with Lorelei's father. Then the bombshell bursts— Lorelei's father can't get away. Desparately the girls argue that they're sensible enough to look after themselves. Lorelei's father can join them later. Against his better judgment, they convince him, and then the girls are off. They'll improve their minds” all day, but for the evenings, their main interest is in dates. Lorelei starts posing as someone ex- tremely blas£— a woman of the world. Her pose seems to be succeeding, and she meets an extremely attractive boy. However, Lorelei overdoes her pose disastrously. The situation has a hilarious side to it, but both Lorelei and Dorothy are deeply concerned, because they really have met fine young men, and don't want to lose them. Lor- elei's brain, however, rises magnificently to the occasion. THE FINISHED PRODUCT . . . The 1975 Junior-Senior Prom was started out a little slowly, but was finally finished in time. The theme was Seasons In The Sun and the band was Deception. It was decorated with murals at each end. Each mural had two seasons depicted on it, with scenes common to its season. The gym was divided into four separate seasons with the colors of the season decorating it. The post-prom was bowling at Charleston. The breakfasts were held at Cindy Bridges' and Tammy Goddard's. We hope everyone enjoyed the 1975 Prom! “S E A S 0 I H E S V Wonder Woman Naval Base I TOLD Cindy the night watchman Which one's the Jackass??? was coming, but ...
