Typifies Government Upon the school board rests the responsibility for making important decisions; decisions which affect the standards of education to be offered in the community and even more significantly the lives of the boys and girls enrolled in the system. Administrators Mr. Curry, our school superintendent, graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his Master’s degree from the University of Illinois. He has been superintendent of the Windsor School Unit for fifteen years. Mr. Curry is now serving on the Advisory Board of Lake Land Junior College in Mat-toon. Though a very busy man, Mr. Curry finds time to be friendly and helpful to all. As unit superintendent he is responsible for coordinating the functions of the school system and the activities of the community. Mr. Curry is also very active in civic affairs and serves faithfully in the Windsor Christian Church. Although hard at work he still finds time to lend a smile and a willing hand to all students on their way to success. Our principal, Mr. Seng, graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later obtained his Master's degree there. Mr. Seng is working on his six year certificate, a step higher than the Master’s degree. He has been principal for nine years and a teacher at Windsor High School for eighteen years. Mr. Seng is a member of the Legislative Commission of Illinois High School Association. He shows great success in combining the positions of advisor, teacher, and principal. In the capacity of advisor, he capably sponsors the activities of the Student Council. He is always willing to counsel any student who seeks our principal's assistance and wisdom. 8
