AND PLAN FOR THE FUTURE Eugene Haerr Floyd Hilligoss Mary Ann Hooten Kent Howard Lynn Hyland Richard Johnson Mark Kasey Gloria King JUNIORS - INDUSTRIOUS WORKERS The Junior Class of 1967 has been very busy in various extracurricular activities. A profitable project was the sale of ink pens. The juniors also made money from the bake sales they sponsored. A very successful play was presented by the Junior Class of W.H.S. this year. It was a three act comedy, titled, Father's Been to Mars. The junior party, The Mod, was held on November 4th. A skit, Swans on the Lake, was presented at this time. The juniors sponsored an activity night on October 5th. Quite a few people turned out for this evening of fun and games. The juniors sold pop at some of the ball games when it was their turn; they also ran the coat check. From the many ideas suggested, the juniors chose Chew Em Up as their theme for their Homecoming Float. This year the juniors spent many long, hard hours in preparation of the Junior-Senior Prom. Class-work (teamwork) proved successful again. The juniors enjoyed an entertaining year as upperclassmen and will return in the fall as seniors, the upper, upperclassmen. 25
