In the road behind us we leave four wonderful years of experiences that have molded our minds and bodies in preparation for the rough road of life that lies ahead. We have shared our joys and our sorrows, our trials and our tribulations. We have given little, but we have received much, We are in- debted to Windham lligh for giving us the most mem- orable years of our young lives, Across the bridge lies the golden promise of a richer and a more fulfilling life ever offered before, lt is ours torccelveifwc cross this great bridge of yontlr into lnarnrizy, I 959 U16 lldudanlan lfcflumc XII 'if 'nl Hugh c f ANN LOTHROP DAVID GILPA TRICK h d by th s Wzmiluzm ffzgh Schwl 0 0 , , Qu -x ' '3' W, Rig 372 'YV ,4 QS ,-fig' I 'I di - C, Ed' -' - h' B ' M g Publis e e enior Class of in am, aine vi? 7 6 R gif' Q L -J I 3 iw 2 ,Q y , gg! 3 , f fm if 1 ' 332.9 'A ,v V. The club has grown in size with an addition of nine new members bringing the membership up to fifteen members. During the year the Windham High Key Club has endeavored to fulfill all of the requirements which would make it a club in good standing. They have collected and distributed food to needy families of the community, and also have assisted with programs and other school activities. The annual Key Club scholarship for which the club received a National Merit Award was awarded again this year to a worthy senior. As for enjoyment, a large crowd turned out to see the faculty win, by a good margin, the annual Key Club - faculty basket- ball game. It started out with only a few hundred books, and now it has nearly two thousand. Last year the town donated six hundred dollars for new booksg almost all biography and science books, were added to the library. Many of the books have been donated to the library as gifts from parents, teachers, and the Portland Public Library. Mrs. Dunn, the head librarian, took a library course at Colby College last summer. She is now completing a course through the State Library in Augusta. Fourteen student assistants help manage the library. if i I l,, 'rg . 1 I ' Ng' , A 'W Q ... 1' -he 'MQ . 5' 1 , . , 5 -Q. -iq. . 3' K sz.. .Q 'A ' 71'? f II 'f , f Q kin' +34 ,A 21- a , ,M Qdihzfk ,' QM 4, K Wai!
