SECOND TEAM ARRANGIE M ENT: FIRST ROW: Br. -Iohnsong Cornbsg Terwilligerg lXlcKinneyg McNcwg johnson. SECOND RUVV: Lightfoot g' Fecherg Duncang Clouser. Looking over the second team's games we find that they have 16 victories and 4 defeats. With 'Slats' McKinney at the piloting spot this team rolled over tough opponents and brought the Second Team trophy home from Sharpsville. The five fellows who accomplished this were: Bruce Johnson, a good guard on both offensive and defensive. Charles McNew held the other guard spot, he is a hard driving and steady player. Bob johnson the red-headed forward has plenty of scoring ability and proved so in several games this season. Robert Terwilliger held the other forward spot and pulled the Little Dragons out of several tough spots with his miraculous one-handed shots. Clark McKinney a tall lanky senior, who played center all year, good on rebounds. Fccher, Duncan, and Clouser were dependable substitutes. lYe were proud of the whole team, 54

FIRST TEAM GROUP Crouch changed from guard to center this year and this move proved very successful when the Dragons used a fast tire brand of basketball. Cyphers saw Very little action this year due to the type of basketball that was played by the Windfall tive. But when he was needed he always came through with a good game. Ressler found himself at the last of the season, especially in the sectional, where he proved himself very tough in rebound and scoring. Young, alias Dingfod, held down one guard spot and his steady hands and eool head helped the Dragons over some rough spots. Plummer played little ball this year but as we look hack over his former career, he was a good all around player. The NAVY gain is our loss. 53

FRESHMEN TEAM ARRANGEMENT: FIRST ROW: Castorg Cottinghamg Laeyg -Ioe Smithg Stoutg Mock. SECOND ROVV: Summersg Scottg Retherfordg Pattersong .Iohnsong jim Smith. The Freshmen played a fairly tough season this year with 5 wins and 3 losses. These boys have great ability and may be able to win a sectional for Windfall. We know that they have lots of talent but we hope they'll not let it go to their heads. The usual starting Hve consists of Joe Smith, Max Lacy, Charles Castor, and Gene Cottingham, and Dallas Mock. These five went a long way in freshmen competition and We hope they keep up this good work during their school days. C 55
