FIRST TEAM GROUP Crouch changed from guard to center this year and this move proved very successful when the Dragons used a fast tire brand of basketball. Cyphers saw Very little action this year due to the type of basketball that was played by the Windfall tive. But when he was needed he always came through with a good game. Ressler found himself at the last of the season, especially in the sectional, where he proved himself very tough in rebound and scoring. Young, alias Dingfod, held down one guard spot and his steady hands and eool head helped the Dragons over some rough spots. Plummer played little ball this year but as we look hack over his former career, he was a good all around player. The NAVY gain is our loss. 53

FIRST TEAM GROU P x Walsh played an outstanding game with jackson Central leading with 17 points. H had plenty of fight, and played good offensive and defensive ball this year. Brown was LL good hghter and proved himself by his guarding of Frantmfs forward,Vo lenhals, and Tipton's, Norris. He was very apt in getting the hall to the other hoys. Barker was regular center for the Windfall quintet. His scoring was average. He tis tinguished himself by holding down the scores of big men on the opposing teams. Armstrong, who played opposite Brown in this quintet is a very clever guard. As we look in the future, we see great things for this boy. Beach, who held the other forward post and helped the Dragons win games that othu wise would have been lost, was a very high point man. This scoring was brought about bx good team work. 52
