Norvene Coverdale owns and operates Ye Perfect Beauty Shoppe at Indianapolis. We just can't figure out why she is staying so close to home. Or can we? Weldom Warner is residing at Sing Sing. He is known as Scareface Warner, Public Enemy No. 1. Weldon's classmates would never have dream- ed of his turning out the public's No. 1 enemy. The Texas Cowgirl, Barbara Rush owns a string of night clubs. She also has her own radio program World's Paradise over the N. B. C. Network Barbara is now breaking into the movies, lots of luck, Barbara. Bob Cyphers, W. H. S. former basketball star, has now taken over Ed Scott's position as coach. His famous team has won the State Bnslcetball tourney for the last Hve years. The world's most famous artist, Clora Graham, has just finished paint- ing the picture Dear old Windfall , for which she is offered 310,000 We hear Clora paints everything but herself. jack Beach and his most famous Naval Orchestra has finally succeeded in getting a contract with WKMO Networks. .lack is also a song writer, his latest song Moonlight Glow is No. 1 on the Hit Parade. Clark McKinney is still looking for what? the wolf. jake is also a blues singer, at the present he is singing in the famous Meadow-Brook Night-Club. Martha Havens and Jack Brown were finally married. They are living 116 miles east of Windfall on a 400 acre farm. Also they are raising seven future farmers. s ii? SENIORS Some of the boys are in the service, The Senior Class is kind of small, We hope the war will soon be over And the class will be larger next fall. The Seniors may think they are dignified Like Seniors usually do. But Mr. Riffe, in the Study Hall says, They act like the age of two. Some of the Seniors are a little worried About their grades in health. We hope that they will buckle down. For knowledge is worth more than wealth. CLASS PROPHECY FTER taking lessons from a famous Fortune Teller, here is what we, Thelma Mock, Norvene Coverdale, Glen Lightfoot, and jake McKinney have learned: Lt. Geraldine Retherford of the WAVES is now serving overseas as secretary to Admiral Nitiz. Nice work, Geraldine. Bob Crouch has finally found his long lost lover. Could it be Opal Feeher? Could be. and we do wonder when the wedding will take place. Martha Russell married Eugene Smith and they are the proud parents of six boys. All future Marines. How nice for the Marine Corp. The famous writer Ruth Todd is living in New York City. And boys. can you believe it, she is still single. jim Walsh fthe play-boy, glamour-boy of W. H. SJ has finally gotten that stubborn girl from Windfall to say Yes , her intials could be E. B. We always knew Lois jean Crousore would be successful. She is Dean of 'Womt-n. in the Greentown schools. VVe wonder why Greentown in parti- eular? Bax Resselar is the famous New York Yankee's best man. His batting average is 100. A Betty Richardson Hughes and husband are residing in California where he is stationed in the Marines. Betty is working as a model in San Franciso. Bob Young and his pretty wife. Mollis Tobias, own the canning factory and show at Lcsure, Indiana. Carlton Trimble is now President of the United States. They say he is the greatest President of all time. He learned all he knews, 'in Government Class while a Senior in W. H. S. Thelma Mock is known as the greatest secretary alive today. At the present she is working for a famous bakery firm at Kokomo. We do wonder why she never married. Glen Lightfoot and wife. Lucy McCellan own the biggest truck line in America. Their trucks carry new tires from city to city. they also operate all over the United States. Canada and Mexico. Starring in the motion picture Love Finds a Way. are Janie Lee and julia Ray, whom old W. H. S. Seniors will reconize as Opal Fecher and Marilyn Curless. This movie was voted best for the year 1955. Harold Carpenter finally fought his way through life by becoming XVorld's Heavyweight Champion. He wins from everyone but his wife. 14
