Coifroth The Dr. William Stuart Wheeling Memorial Fund was organized in February, 1956. The purpose of this organization is to provide tinancial assistance for graduate nurses to further their education in nursing. The amount of the loan varies with the individual request. These loans are interest free. Arrangements for repayment are made on an individual basis. The Fund is sponsored by the Windber Hospital Nurses Alumnae Association and is established on a tax-free basis as are all contributions and may be deducted from income tax as such. Graduate nurses are encouraged to avail themselves of this fund. 14
