Winchester has given her best to us, and equipped us well to deal with life. We have acquired more than factual knowledge, we have acquired knowledge of life. We may forget that memini takes the genitive, but we will never forget the thorough and scholarly way Miss Johnston has taught us to approach our problems. We may forget that partir is conjugated with Metre, but we will never forget how Madame has taught us to look for the beauty in life. We may forget who wrote Defense of Poesie, but we will never forget the respect for the great minds and sincere hearts that Miss Philput has taught us. We may forget many dates in History and many terms in Biology, but we will leave Dr. Woodburyys classes truly loving the ideals of our country, and we will leave Miss Burkhouse's laboratory feeling humble and awestruck before the order of the universe. Yes, we will forget much, but we will remember the great things, the things that will guide us in the business of living, and help us to guide others. Whether we become business and professional women or mothers, we will find opportunities to share the knowledge, integrity, sincerity. and courage Winchester has taught us. There will be many people. whether our friends, associates, or families, whom only we can reach. and only we can influence.
