Fred Hoots was elected president, Mike Hubbs vice president, and Janet Smith secretary-treasurer. Our sophomore year we elected Dan Hembrough as president, Mike Hubbs vice-president, and Debbie Whitehead secretary-treasurer. We began our junior year with a successful magazine sale. Our class officers were: president Mike Hubbs, vice president Garry Sheppard, secretary Janice Lair, treasurer Lloyd Vortman. On April 30, the Junior Senior Banquet was held at the Blackhawk Restaurant. The Prom was held the next evening with music by Sweet Pride. Our sponsors were Mr. Greer, Mrs. Decker, and Mrs. Waters. In the fall of 1970, 74 seniors returned to Win-Co-Hi to complete their high school careers. Pens were sold to pay for our caps and tassels. The seniors had a busy year publishing the yearbook and school newspaper and participating in many sports. Fred Hoots led the team in tackles with 81. The Darrell Spang award went to Jerry Brockhouse. The Wildcats won the Homecoming game with Unity of Mendon. Tri-Captains for next year will be Paul Peak, Mark Stuart, and Don Hankins. Hie Freshmen Squad had a record of 4 wins and 1 loss.
