Christine has been the captain of soccer, basketball, and softball, and has received numerous awards. Jim has captained basketball and soccer and plays varsity baseball. Sculptures line the bookcases and paintings adorn the walls — all are done by high school students. But two especially gifted students come to mind when thinking of art; Kira Hirshman and Bob Baumann. Both are recipients of honors including The Globe sponsored Gold Key awards. But their creativity will go beyond the art room at WHS. Whether they paint in Greenwich Village or redesign the Sistene Chapel, the rest of us will claim it all began here. • Seniors 23
