ality which no student can resist or withstand - that's how we think of Miss Parker. But when we see her we also think of her as one teacher who is absolutely fair and imp-artial to all, who makes her classes live with interest and entertainment, and who is liked by every student for the pure and simple reason that we know she is our friend. Miss LENNA PEABODY. Behold! the most universally liked and admired lady in school and the model of what the ideal teacher should be! Miss Peabody, take a bow! Limitless patience combined with a charming personality, a great sense of fairness, mixed with willingness to always give a student benefit of th-e doubt, and an extensive knowledge of Science in every form are her main characteristics, however, she is also noted for a lovely speaking and singing voice, rare culinary talent Cthe class of '36 discovered her prize Shrimp-a-la-king D and her extraordinary sense of humor. Miss MARJAN Pnooroa, of the slim, trim figure, the pretty blue eyes, the smoothie clothes, and the generally school-girlish appearance, is Winchester's greatest and most indefatigable ski enthusiast,- broken bones mean nothing to her when winter comes and the long white trails of N. H. beckon entic- ingly. In school she is strict only when necessary, always patient - even with the authors of the world's most undecipherable shorthand, and ever ready to give a student a break - to be brief, we won't forget our tiny Red Cross advisor soon. Mas. ELLA STACY. The well-dressed lady with the flashing black eyes, the playful disposition and the bountiful knowledge of History is none other than Mrs. Stacy the iiirtatious friend of every member of the graduating class. Our Prom and the Thrift Amociation both have become promginent under her capable hands for not only is she an energetic worker, but she also makes every enterprise interesting and fun with her merry Sense of humor and deep understanding of students. She's a teacher who is a teacher! Ma. JOHN D. STEVENS. Suave, debonair, sophisticated and cool, the staunch advocate of progressive English courses, and :increasingly pefppy athletics - the cultivated, cultured, well-groomed gentleman from.Vermont - the 'blushing bridegroom of the current year - here's Mr. -Stevens CJ. D. to youll. This young man is a gent of superlatives, for he walks away with the prize not only for being the most original teacher, and having the most hilarious classes, but also is termed by Juniors leaving his course as the best guy in the school. MR. J. ALBERT WILSON. Dapper and debonair, Mr. Wilson is the calm conductor of our choristers and the super-superb singer of songs in Winchester High School. He is witty and intelligent, but more than that, he is a good friend to all the students and he will be remembered as such after we grad- uate. As every other class has, we thank Mr. Wils'oin for all he has done for us. Miss RosAMoND YoUNo. Since graduating from Bouve, our pretty athletics coach has been leading members of the male sex a merry chase all over the map, but at last Calaslj an alert young man has caught up with her, and she is leaving Winchester High lS4chool to marry and settle down. Miss Young entered school with our class and in four years has not only developed outstanding championship teams but also has brought a fine sense of sports-- manship to all our squads. Her petite figure and winning personality together with her peppy talks of skiing conditions in N. H. will be missed by every- one next year.
