; ... FOREWORD Through the years, the echoes of our school days will grow fainter and fainter and perhaps die away. It is the hope of the 1955 Per Annos staff that a glance through tnis book, in the years to come, will recapture for you the many memories of school days. The 1955 Per Annos climaxes four years of planning and the dreams of the graduating seniors for an annual of which all Win- chester may feel proud. The title. Per Annos, meaning Through the Years in the Latin, was selected from suggestions submitted by our high school students. Coralyn Stults and Virginia Braun have the distinct honor of naming our annual.
