On that day many people will wish you success. lf you wish to achieve that success there are some guidelines that I would suggest for you. First of all, set goalsg know where you are going. Give some careful thought about what you want to achieve out of life and how to get it. Set deadlines for your dreams. That is how plans are made. In today's changing environment, you need to be flexible, but you also need to take control of your life and not let other people and circumstances determine your goals. You need to throw yourself into your work with intensity. You cannot be satisfied with good enough . Ask the most and best of yourself and everyone else. Take the initiative to do what is needed. Do not be afraid to make mistakes. Do not wait for instructions or permission. You will not get results without action. Use your imagination. Do not think simplistically. Envision alternatives. Be persistent, but polite. Have determination, but do not suspend the rules of decorum and courtesy. Use your courage to ask for what you need, but be sensitive and try to treat others as you would like to be treated. As you leave Winchendon you start the next chapter of your life. You are well prepared. Now it is up to you to use your preparedness and your talents to leave your mark! On behalf of the faculty, Mrs. LaBelle and l wish you much success and happiness. Let us know how you are doing! Sincerely, Effwa J. William LaBelle HEADMASTER , V W, ...I Y 1, . If P '4-zcr.:, V -TQ 1. , w , asv u'Q,b, 1 ,ix : T, SIR . 1 fi PU f it C ...- 1 X V f . 114 L' -all 0. I am a very complex person but i am someone with pride and confidence. I can be unjust to someone or I'll be fair and nice to another. It all comes down to this: Treat others with respect and the same will be bestowed upon you. This means that if someone respects another in return he will too be repected.
