Signed, sealed and delivered: WILTON THRIFT SHOP RE IN EKE'S SERVICE STATION WILTON SUPER MARKET TUBBY HELEN'S CLUB 71 CRAM'S SUPER FAIR AL CARRIE'S BAR SHUTTER'S SUPER MARKET PROPHECY It was a clear, quiet night on the earth, but a very hilarious party was taking place at the Crystal Crater on the moon. Yes, it was the class reunion of the Class of 1963 of Wilton High School. All of the people seemed to have arrived so I guess we can start our party in orbit. Here we are in a beautiful nightclub overlooking the Crystal Crater, which is owned by Randy Martalock. He always wanted his own swanky place and guess who his right hand man is -- one of his big school buddies, Ronnie Ballwahn. Ronnie has been working here so long that he has developed the typical moon-man antennae with curled toes. Now approaching the stage is Miss Moon of 1973, Miss Judy Buchholz, with her green cheese crown touched off by sparkles from the Milky Way. Judy was always the independent type. Never trust a man -- and still being single she is carrying out her philosophy. Well here comes the blonde of our class, Nora Jean Anderson. She seems to have started her own cheer - leading school on the moon with her ten children as her students. Our class nurses, Betty Burt and Sharon Waege have started the Purple Cross on the moon. They have been so efficient that everyone in our class is still living. Caw! Caw! Caw! Here I am back again. I see Miss Patty Sullivan, head of the National Bird Calling Society, has just arrived. Doris Bever is right behind her carrying her new set of twin girls. She has a good start on her family already. Sitting at the table over at the left are our farmers around the Wilton area. They are Carl Winchell, Myron Arttus, Bob Schendel and Charlie Udulutch, the area Tri-State Breeder Technician. Between them they have produced an amazing new product called Wonder Way Cheese. One healthy bite and you feel like you're on the moon at any time. The three famous astronauts of 1973 have just arrived at our lovely party. It seems they have been de- tained because of their outstanding flight around the sun. They are Lorrie Meacham -- Captain; Mutz Flock — Co-Captain and Mike Rice as the controls. I don't know how this trio ever made such a successful flight, but their great teamwork just have made this possible. The only difficulty was keeping this hungry crew on their diet of moon milk. The band has just begun to stril a peppy tune after the arriving of our astronauts. John Barden and his Golden Trumpet have made a successtu. nit at the Crystal Crater. His great singers are Diana Boetzel and Punkie Purpus who have had lots of experience singing their families of three children to sleep. It seems a new type of entertainment has come on our stage. Nancy Gruen, our great comedian, has her own show, Love That Nancy. She also is busy driving her big Mercury trying to catch that certain someone. Here come our two loyal moonmen, Lester Nauman and Robert Leis. Seems they have made the Moon Force a very helpful organization for detecting the U.S. enemy attacks. Without them we would be in constant fear. Their very efficient secretary is Jean Wadephul. She also has her own little newspaper that is distributed all over the world. Well here comes our old friend Paul Kruse. He has successfully completed his career as a football coach. Any day now we all expect an invitation to the first moon wedding as he is still interested in the same girl. Marilyn Granger, our class writer, has just published her first book, My First Experience as a Moon Woman. This seemed to be a real big hit, especially with Patty Bray as her publidhing agent. Patty is happily- married with her staff to do her work. One of them is Diana Wadephul, her great friend in high school. Watch out! Oh no, what has happened! They have just reported an accident at the base of Crystal Crater. Seems our driving instructor, Rosie Gallagher, has just hit a big moon wall, while showing her pupil, Vera Cox, how to parallel park. Seems Rosie's guy did all the parking for her. Elmer Youngs, the moon sheriff, was called to the scene of the accident to write out the charges. Not only was a wall involved, but one of Gwen Stone's six children was almost injured. I guess they will have a court trial sometime next week. It seems after this reunion, that our class really hasn't changed just too much. They all seem to be their lively old selves, still making mistakes. It is a friendly gathering and we realize that our friends are priceless. CLASS POEM The years have passed so swiftly by, Our good old years at Wilton High. The memories we have of thee, We the class of 63 Nora Anderson a cheerful lass. Is the only blonde in our class. At cheerleading she is tops, Her vivacious way never stops. Myron Arttus a country lad, Gets permission from his dad. To take the Chevy to the show And so to Elroy he will go. Ronnie Ballwahn our athletic star, Takes his Ford both near and far. To work at Tillman's is his aim To carry on the Ballwahn name. John Barden who lives in town, Just talking about school makes him frown. It seems that making noise is his aim We see him do it at every game. Doris Bever short and sweet Sweeps her fellow right off his feet, Doing the twist is her delight She can twist right through an entire -ght. Diana Boetzel a friendly lass, Likes to talk in Home Ec class. At all times she keeps her eye On that certain handsome guy. Patti Bray who likes to have fun, Keeps that certain guy on the run. Always up and on the go, She always has a kind hello! Judy Buchholz attractive and neat, Keeps him always on his feet. One of her future life ambitions. Is to go to school and become a beautician. Our annual editor Betty Burt, Believes some boys are great big jerks. To Minneapolis for nursing she plans to go. And she’ll make a good one this we all know. Vera Cox quiet and meek, An occupation soon will seek, She usually has little to say, And goes very quietly on her way. Rosalyn Flock who's nickname is Mutzi, Someone told her it rhymed with Footzi. She likes work, and she likes noise. She says she likes girls, but, I'll bet she likes boys. Rose Gallagher a busy girl. Keeps everyone near her in a whirl. She wants to be a telephone operator in a large town So leaving home soon won't make her frown. Marilyn Granger who is really swell At basketball games can really yell. We know that she is really keen And surely she can fulfill her dream. Nancy Gruen who likes to drive, Keeps the town always alive. A receptionist she wants to be, Answering calls for you and me. Paul Kruse next in line In all sports does real fine. In football he is one of the best And usually comes through in a test. Robert Leis a quiet lad, Leaving school won't make him sad. Going out is his favorite past time, Kendall, Tomah and where was it last time. Randy Martalock landky and tall, His favorite sport is basketball. After school he heads for town. Usually has a smile but sometimes a frown. Lorrie Meacham who keeps her eye, On that certain older guy, Has a smile as catching as can be She hasn't decided what she'll be. Lester Nauman, a constant pest, Never lets anyone stay at rest. While in school, he's usually quiet But after hours, he could cause a riot. Marilyn Purpus, is full of fun Especially when her work is done. To Madison she'll go next year, With telephone operating as her career. Mike Rice, with bright red hair, Wherever there's news, he's always there. He likes to talk as we all know, And he is always on the go. Bob Schendel, who drives a Chevy, To keep up with him would make you dizzy. No special girl claims his heart Of them we think he wants no part. Gwen Stone, a quiet gal, Has always been a loyal pal. Wedding bells for her will ring. Bringing with them all good things. Patti Sullivan who’s full of pep, Thinks some boys are really hep. But of others she wants no part. She's not dumb, she's just smart. Charles Udulutch, a dark haired guy Lets only a few girls go on by. He thinks of only one as before. But she's undecided as any sophomore. Diane Wadephul, with hair of red. By being friendly can get ahead. A waitress is her aim in life, But she'll still make some guy a wife. Jean Wadephul, the class whiz, Always scores in every quiz. President of our F.H.A., Can always get things done the right way. Sharon Waege, who loves to cheer, Secretary in her senior year. Always busy and full of pep. It's hard to get her out of step. Carl Winchell, who has his own car, Takes his girl both near and far. No one knows his aim in life, Maybe it's to find a perfect wife. Elmer Youngs, who keeps himself busy Following girls makes him dizzy. Tall and dark and sometimes shy, He really is an independent guy. We thank the community, teachers, and all, Who made this school one to recall. So for our closing, we'd like to say, We thank you, EVERYONE, in everyway.
