class DOGID Now we, another group of Seniors Through high school's doors must pass. We leave behind these portrayed poems In memoriam of the '58 class. Ethel Arndt, laughing and gay, Never lets trouble get in her way. A cheerleader for three years, At leaving school she'll really cheer. Bill Arndt, quite okay, Is an active member of the F. F. A. Our '57 prom king, He can do almost anything. Gary Bever, a quiet guy, Does enough so he gets by. He never does raise much fuss, But when he does, its trouble plus. Karen Bever, short and sweet, Always has her clothes so neat. Cheerleader for four years was she, What will her occupation be? Bill Bolden, tall and slim, Always is seen wearing a grin. Bill, 6 feet 4 inches tall, Is handy with a basketball. Patsy Doyle, short and dark, Always has a lot of spark. Cheerleader for three years, She chooses business as her career. Charles Goetz, a country boy, Leaving school gives him joy. In or out of school, He always follows the golden rule. Verne Kirchoff, tall and fair, Seems to have a quiet air. He will never do you harm, And soon is likely to run a farm. Hazel Larson, a blonde haired lass, Has the most fun of our class. A stenographer she'd like to be, For husband or firm, we'll soon see. Norman Martin, a talkative guy, On Deloris keeps his eye. A '48 Olds is his car, Which he always keeps up to par. lim Meacham, a mischievous guy, Says he won't miss Wilton High Of the girls he wants no part, Which he thinks is very smart. Arlene Olson, a blonde of our class, In the game of life is sure to pass. To be an important beautician, Is her utmost ambition. LouAnn Pasch, full of pep, Keeps our Wilton band in step. A business career is her plan, Until she finds that lucky man. Donna Raabe, full of fun, Is a friend of everyone. A mathematics teacher she'd like to be, But Donna, we'll just wait and see. John Shie, a real swell Joe, Really is the guy to know. When it comes to sports he's on top, No matter what happens, he'll never stop. Bill Thurow, a blond lad, Thinks everything, good or bad, Comes to those who wait, if they will, So why worry about Bill? Pat Uselman, quiet and meek, An occupation soon will seek. Whatever you think you want to try, Pat, we know you're sure to get by. Judith Wadephul, with long dark hair, Does her work up with care. It is hard to find her smile, But when she does, it's really worth while Sylvia Wadephul, a real nice girl, Always has her hair in curl. Will a career be hers for life, Or will she be a certain guy's wife? Carolyn Zellmer, a happy lass, Builds a merry atmosphere in our class. Always up and on the go, She is swell, we all know. Thus through these doors we must pass, As will many another class. So we bid you all good-by -- Good-by these years at Wilton High.

class WI ll We, the Senior Class of 1958, being of sound mind and body, do will and bequeath, leave, and rid ourselves of the following possessions, both real and imaginary, to the lowly creatures, the underclassmen of Wilton High School: To the .Tuniors we leave our rights and privileges as Seniors, and best wishes for a successful '59 homecoming. To the Sophomores we will our success with our Junior class play and prom. To the Freshmen we will our ability to have a good time and still get our work done. I, Ethel Arndt, will my love for aSparta baseball pitcher to myself, seeing I haven't caught him yet. I, William Arndt, will my school books to Paul Udulutch, although he needs more than that. I, Karen Bever, will my love for cheerleading to the Tillman twins. I, Gary Bever, will my books to Ricky Brandau. I suppose he won't use them any more than I did. I, Bill Bolden, will my love for blondes to anyone who likes them. I, Patricia Doyle, will my love for going out every night to Shirley Grant. Get on the ball, Shirley. I, Charles Goetz, will my quiet ways to Allan Martin, maybe he'll learn to keep his mouth shut. I, Verne Kirchoff, leave my place inthe line of the fight for fameto Darryl Raabe. I, Hazel Larson, will my giggles to anyone that wants them. Since I'rn leaving school, I won't need them anymore. I, Norman Martin, will my love for flirting to Paul Crook. After all, I am going steady. I, .T im Meacham will my Ford to no one. After all it is mine, and it comes in handy. I, Arlene Olson, will my sparkling blue eyes and blonde hair to Alice Wendland. They sure catch the eyes, Alice. I, Louann Pasch, will my dimples to Karen Dopson. They usually help to get a guy. I, Donna Raabe, will my math books to Lorraine Birkholz and Sharon Zulhke. Make good use of them now. I, John Shie, will my love for working on the school paper to Pam Liefke. I, William Thurow, will my love forwonewoc to anyone who hasn't any place else to go. I, Patricia Uselman, will my ability to be quiet to Rosalia Hemmersbach. Let's make use of it in your Senior year. I, Judith Wadephul, will my studying habits to Marlene Geier. lt'll help the grades a little. I, Sylvia Wadephul, will my dimples to Francis Hemmersbach. Make use of them now. I, Carolyn Zellmer, will my personality and ability to cook to Bonnie Seman. With a combination like that you're bound to get a guy.

class DRGDHGCY The time has flown by quickly the last ten years and we find it 1968. It is .T une 10 and we find Karen Bever and .T im Meacham dining in a very fashionable Italian restaurant. They are celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary. .Tim now owns his father's business and Karen, though determined never to get married, has decided that she likes married life very well. Seeing that this is a special occasion, Karen decides to have the gypsy fortune teller read her tea leaves. Karen and Jim are very .surprised when she begins telling them about the occupa- tions their former classmates have taken up. Charles Goetz has becomeavery famous movie director for M-G-M. Pat Uselman is working for him as an art director. We knew they both had a liking to movies. We were not surprised to hear that Donna Raabe had become a professional mathematics teacher. All through her high school years this had been her favorite subject. After Verne Kirchoff's father retired from his farm, Verne took over. He has prospered very well and now is looking for someone who'd like to take over the housework. Though undecided when she left high school, Arlene Olson went on to become a beautician. In her spare time she is kept busy taking care of her home and family. Dancing lessons in high school weren't enough for William Arndt. He went on taking lessons after graduation and has become a professional dancing teacher for Arthur Murray. He sure keeps the girls swooning now. A registered nurse was the goal Judith Wadephul aimed for after graduation. All went the way she had planned until her .Tunior year at the University of Wisconsin when she met a handsome young doctor. She now is kept busy with not only one occupation as a nurse but a wife also. As the gypsy teller goes on she says that Carolyn Zellmer had gone on to college and become a kindergarten teacher. However, her one wish was granted in 1962 after graduating from River Falls State Teachers' College she finally found her Prince Charming and had a beautiful September wedding. Now she's kept busy teaching four children of her own. Norman Martin suddenly inherited a great deal of money and bought out Tillman's Produce. He has never told anyone just who he received it from or how much money he really got. His business sure keeps him running and so do the girls. LouAnn Pasch, who had previously been employed as a private secretary for Norman,is now busy shopping to complete her hope chest. Although LouAnn was determined to always'be an old maid, we see a diamond sparkling on her left hand. We all knew she was just spoofing us. A professor was the last occupation we would have picked for Gary Bever, but it seemed after high school graduationhe suddenly became greatly interested in school and went on to college. He has climbed the ladder to success and is now employed at LaCrosse State Teachers' College. Patsy Doyle finally went on that diet she had mentioned so often while in high school. She now has become a famous figure in the world of modeling. This just shows what a little will power will do. A physical education teacher was the occupation John Shie chose. He had participated in all sports while' in high school. However we are a little surprised to find out that he is teaching girls physical education classes. Keep trying, John, and you'l1 figure girls out yet. As we look over movie magazines we see a new star has been added to Hollywood. After Jayne Mansfield retired from show business Ethel Arndt starred in a movie written for her. She became a star over night and has appeared in almost every theater in the country. Chev's always caught Bill Bolden's eye. He now is employed in test driving all the new Chev's as they are made. Last week he broke the record for driving Chevrolets new car for 1968 the fastest, the furtherest and with the best control. Berlean Larson, full of determination and ambition when she left high school, went on to business college. These all paid off when after college she was offered a job as stenographer for a Senator from Wisconsin. She has advanced and is now-working for the President.
