CIcusa 3!o£tn-‘53 The years have passed so swiftly by In our years at Wilton High. We have to say goodby to all-- And to our troubles, large, and small. Joan Anderson, a fair haired lass, Was the Queen of the Junior class, She does her work both neat and well And in forensics she does excell. Marion Reineke, who lives in town, Would never let a good friend down. She's always happy and full of pep, She and Jim are really hep. Marie Bugbee who's full of fun Has a smile for everyone. With her work she is usually ready Even though she's going steady. Next in line is the blonde of our class, She is a happy smiling lass, LaVonne Boetzel is her name. I wonder who’s her latest flame. Jo Ann Hemmersbach who does O. K. Does her part in the F. H. A. On her face she has a smile. She is happy all the while. Aleda Ann Peth, a studious girl. Always has her hair in a curl. A business career is her ambition. A stenographer's job her life's position. Joanne Fick with a bright smile Is happy and merry all the while. A teacher she'd like to be someday We're sure she'll succeed with her pleasant ways. Alrita Laufenberg, quiet and meek, An occupation soon will seek We all know. She's got a steady. When he comes, she’s always ready. Ervin Short, a friend of all Likes to talk in study hall. He makes noise and has fun As though he has his work all done. Jim Rice, who has lots to say, Would like to be a coach someday. When it comes to sports he's on top. No matter what happens he’ll never stop. Lila Mae Farmer, who is so neat Letters from Dick she will always keep. A secretary she would like to be But we will have to wait and see. Eleanor Phalin who has her fun, Is a friend to everyone. She always has her hair just so, To dances and shows she likes to go. LaVonne Stone, happy and gay. Never lets trouble get in her way. She seems to always have her eye On a lot of different guys. Bernard Kotten who joined us last year Says leaving school won't bring tears. He likes to drive Barney's pickup truck Let's hope he has no bad luck. Roland Buchholz, a country lad. When he leaves school, he will be glad. He was the prom king of last year And basketball games he likes to hear. LeRoy Schindler, next in line, Is always out to have a good time. He likes to drive the family car And go to places near and far. Ellen Steinhoff who likes to read, In our class she takes the lead. As Salutatorian of this year She will be happy in her career. In every class you'll always find A girl of Beulah Cox's kind. In school she is full of fun. She is a friend of everyone. Deraid Pasch who lives in town Likes to drive Junior's truck around. To stay out of school he does his best He doesn't like to write a test. Wayland Creviston, a bashful guy, Around the girls he is quite shy. The redhead of our class is he What will his occupation be?

A little experience and you may someday be as good as 1 was. I, Beulah Cox, will my giggles to Arlene Crook. Don't giggle too much, it'll get you in trouble. I, Lila Mae Farmer, will my love for stenography to anyone who has a special talent for it. I, Joanne Fick, will my job in the store to anyone who needs the money and Likes to work. I, Jo Ann Hemmersbach, will my smiles to Joanne Cox. Let's see those dimples from now on. I, Alrita Laufenberg. will my love for dancing to Verlyn Brey. Let’s see you and Karen cutting the rug. I, Aleda Ann Peth, will my ability to keep out of trouble to Roger Pasch. Seems like you could use it. I, Eleanor Phalin, will all my old boyfriends to anyone who wants them. I've enjoyed them long enough. I, Jim Rice, will my ability to play basketball to Kenny Wilson. Keep practicing, Kenny, it pays off. I, Ervin Short, will my ability to flirt with girls to Red Brown. Let's hope it will get you results. I, LaVonneStone, will my place on the bus to anyone who likes noise. Maybe you'll be able to keep them quiet, I never could. I, Joe KjcCann, will my ability to miss school to Kenny Kobemick. Just be careful not to get caught. I, Ellen Steinhoff, will my ability to do mathematics to Lon Martalock. Let's keep an eye on those figures. I, Edwin Wendland, will my ability to tease girls to John Eckelberg. Wake up and tease 'em. I, Le Roy Schindler, will my appreciation for a fine cheerleader to anyone who has a similar interest. I, Marion Reineke, will my going steady to Joy Bolden. You've got a good start Joy. I, Wayland Creviston, will my ability for being fullof pep to EileenLydon. It may come in handy on the morning after the night before.
